Ray Rood

Raymond Rood is the founder and senior consultant of The Genysys Group, a firm offering organization development/transformational change support to for-profit, non-profit organizations, and public agencies worldwide seeking to initiate, sustain, and/or safeguard long-term, transformational change.

Ray is an experienced executive, consultant, program designer, developer, facilitator, presenter, and educator. His experience ranges from consulting with Fortune 500 companies to start-up organizations focusing on the areas of vision-based change management, executive coaching, and board development. His consulting and teaching have taken him to all continents and over thirty countries.

Ray is the founder of graduate degree programs in Student Development Education and Human Resource Leadership at Azusa Pacific University, where he was involved for more than forty years culminating in serving as a member of the Azusa Pacific University Board of Trustees, including four years as Vice Chairman.

Ray describes his life’s mission as giving others (organizations and individuals) the permission to give themselves permission to become what they have been created to be, resulting in their dreams becoming reality.
