Dr. Aruthur Gray
Arthur J. Gray, II, JD, D. Min brings a rich and varied background to his consulting work with Genysys. Dr. Gray has been an attorney for over 20 years; he was a Deputy District Attorney for 10 years with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office and spent most of his time there as a prosecutor working in the Compton Hardcore Gang Division.
Dr. Ralph Plumb
An accomplished executive with extensive business and non-profit leadership experience. Dr. Plumb retains a significant international network and has worked and traveled in over 110 countries. Paul Kaak, Ph.D. has been a professor or guest instructor at 10+ universities/graduate schools, and he served as a faculty member at Azusa Pacific University for 17 years. While there, he was a Professor of Leadership (and designer of the Leadership Minor), a Fellow in the Honors College, a Faculty Development director, and a leader in the Noel Academy for Strengths-Based Leadership and Education.
Tessa Smith uses an asset-based approach not only in her work with Genysys but also in her work in Higher Education Student Affairs and Human Resources. Tess is a collaborative facilitator and coach focused on helping individuals and teams identify and maximize their strengths in order to navigate challenges and discover ways to thrive.
