Laurie Reinhart

Laurie Reinhart comes to Genysys with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, where she equipped leaders to develop a comprehensive and strategic approach to human resources. Seeing this approach play out as the single most important determinant of organizational success, Ms. Reinhart determined to share her experiences with Genysys, with a special emphasis on the dimension of Energy and its role in organizational transformation. This deep expertise and strategic approach to human resources has become the basis of her consulting practice. She is an experienced manager, consultant, instructor, facilitator, and presenter.

Ms. Reinhart holds an undergraduate degree from Whittier College, a Master’s degree from Azusa Pacific University in Human & Organizational Development, and certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Azusa Pacific University School of Business & Management, for the Barclay College School of Business, and as a facilitator for the International Public Safety Leadership & Ethics Institute (IPSLEI). She has served on several Boards of Directors and is actively involved in professional organizations in the human resources field.
